A Legacy of Culinary Excellence

Chef RK hails from a distinguished family of chefs, making him a third-generation culinary expert. His culinary journey began at the tender age of eight when his father introduced him to the art of making white sauce and mayonnaise. This early exposure ignited his passion for cooking, and he eagerly delved into his elder brother's cookbooks, experimenting with various recipes and baking cakes.

Throughout his school years, Chef RK played an active role in his family's food business, gaining hands-on experience and honing his culinary skills. After completing his schooling, he sought to expand his knowledge and expertise in the culinary industry by pursuing higher studies at the prestigious At-Sunrice Globalchef Academy in Singapore.

Chef RK's career is a testament to his dedication and talent. He has worked with renowned establishments such as Singapore Airline Catering Services (SATS), Mama Lucia (an Italian fine dining restaurant), a Brazilian churrascaria, Mama’s Caribbean Bar, and Azzura Beach Club. Under the mentorship of some of the world's top chefs, he participated in pre-setups and gained invaluable experience.

After several years abroad, Chef RK returned to India to work as a consultant, helping to set up and launch new restaurants and hotels. His expertise extends beyond the kitchen; he is also a professional food photographer and stylist, working on TV commercials for major food and kitchen appliance brands. Chef RK excels in creating recipes tailored to specific appliances, comparing products, testing them, and providing solutions for product development. With a rich heritage, diverse experience, and an unwavering passion for culinary arts, Chef RK continues to leave an indelible mark on the gastronomic world.
